It really depends on your eyes they have to be mature and your vision stable. Usually if you have changed your prescription recently you will have to wait. you may not want to hear that but at about $1500 per eye you wouldn't want your eyes still changing. They want to be sure you are completely done growing before they set your eyes for a certain curvature. No reputable eye clinic would give you eye surgery before that age, parent permission or not. I had my eyes done and it's the best investment I ever made. 18 for a woman, and 21 for a male because men continue growing until they are 21.
